Biography
Darren is a member of our insurance team and has been a lawyer since 1995. His focus is insurance law and he brings a wealth of experience to the management of liability and property claims for insurers. His expertise includes the management of complex commercial insurance cases involving indemnity and policy disputes arising from property and liability insurance. Darren has extensive experience in litigation, including advocacy in interlocutory disputes. He also has significant experience in alternate dispute resolution including mediations Darren is a member of the Australian Insurance Law Associate (AILA), the Australian Professional Indemnity Group (APIG) and the Australia and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF). His attention to detail and tenacity ensures that he delivers the results that clients need on time and on budget.
