David is specialist personal injury lawyer with over 30 years of experience in workers compensation laws with extensive experience in complex Defendant common law and work injury damages actions and routine and complex statutory compensation matters.</br>He has expertise in advising insurer clients including Scheme Agents, Specialised Insurers and Self Insured Corporations and assisting in the management of liabilities. In addition, David has extensive experience acting on behalf of icareNSW and Scheme Agents in defending proceedings in the NSW Court of Appeal and in defending special leave applications in the High Court involving complex issues on statutory interpretation.</br>David has a reputation for providing timely and pragmatic advice which considers a stakeholder’s priorities including management of complex and sensitive matters.
